She was started out such a sweet baby girl........... I'm not sure where exactly I went wrong but somewhere......I did. As I was making dinner she was laying on the ground (always within 2 feet of me) eating her box of raisins. She was laying on her back and dumped the box onto her face where they ended up all over the ground. I looked down from the stove and told her she needed to pick those up. Her response " NO MOM! I don't want to clean up, I want Ben to clean them up. BBBEEEENNNN, come clean up! BBBEEENNN come clean up". Ben was sitting at the table doing his homework and I told him he was not allowed to listen to her and that he was not to come help her. So for the next couple minutes we had the same conversation over and over again with me telling her that Ben was not going to clean up and that she had to and every time I got the same response with more attitude than a two year old should have. She was still laying on the ground the whole time not making any attempt to clean up. She is so bossy when it comes to her brothers and really expects them to do whatever she says and the bad part is that so much of the time they actually listen to her. I had two older brothers with a similar age spread and there was no way they ever listened to me. Once again I am having to tell my boys not to be quite so nice to her in fear that we will have more conversations like this one.

*She did eventually pick up every raisin and popped them into her mouth to clean them up. That's my great listener!

You've got to admit, she is adorable. Are you absolutely positive she said those things? She looks way to innocent to say that to you. Maybe you should find another pic of her that isn't so innocent looking. See my blog today about pics... I'm bitter.

She is adorable in every way! She is a princess with two older brothers to obviously wait on her...I wouldn't want to clean them up either...But what better way then to eat each and every one off the floor!

Sure Julia, boo hoo I have the cutest 2yr old in the world and whe won't pick up her raisins. I've never seen Emma act like that. You know, if you need a little attention, just let us know. You don't need to make up these stories just so that we'll feel sorry for you, we already do.

I am peeking in on your blog...I was on Scottee's...I just wanted to see how sweet little Emma is doing. She is a sweet thing! I really miss those little kids from nursery. I didn't think I would enjoy being in there but I ended up loving it! Give her a love for me!
