SEVEN YEARS FLY'S BY!!!!
I didn't have as many baby pics of him on the computer because he was born before I had gone digital. Kind of a pain now but these are still some of my fav of him. It's odd that I have a seven year old when it seemed like I would have two little ones forever but it passes quickly and I am enjoying him getting older and just being able to hang out with him and talk about his favorite subject as of late again. Who my favorite suns players are in what order and who is actually a "weapon on the team". Five things I love about Hunter.....
He has always been a really NICE kid. He truly doesn't understand when kids do or say mean things. He has always been so nice to Ben which is hard to do sometimes but he just knows that's what you are supposed to do.
HE still thinks i can tell if he is lying by looking in his eyes. I hope he never figures this one out.!
He is really really corny.......he did not get this from me and i am always amazed at the corny lines he can come up with but then again he is much nicer than i am i guess and what i think is corny is really reality to him. It makes me laugh but not in front of him.
He likes music which he did get from me! Its funny that he just gets hooked on songs just like i do and likes to walk around the house listening to my ipod and make his own play lists on itunes.
He loves to watch sports with me! We both love basketball and football games and usually need to play catch which consists of him running and doing a diving catch onto the couch while watching football. It's just our tradition and we both like it (only for about 20 min.)
Here is his bday party a while back which was a sports party with water balloons. We started filling up water balloons 3 days before the party and filled up 500 water balloon's and then had to transport them to the park. That was hopefully the last time we do that but the kids loved having so many water balloons and since it was still so warm out it was a perfect way to keep cool. It was fun to see all the boys playing flag football which seemed to be the hit of the party.

Just some Pics
These were the only pics i got from the trunk or treat Saturday night and since I'm not sure the boys will dye there hair black again for Halloween i thought i would post some pics of my black haired boys. It makes there skin look even pastier white than normal. Hard to believe i know but the red suits there skin color much better. Ben actually looked pretty cute with wild black hair and Hunter insisted on the eyebrows being done as well.
Emma was striped cat and she was loving looking at herself in the mirror after i drew on her nose and whiskers. She just stared shocked at herself and then just smiled and did this really lame MEEOWW in a normal voice. Her other pic is her just looking cute for church.

meaningless decorating???
Ben - light blue with purple and pink stripes and flames.
So naturally bright blue with navy stripes is what i went with. Are there really mom's out there who let their kids decide paint colors???
I am happy with the result and the boys like it now although when Ben first walked in when all the tape was still up he looked around and said "are you seriously painting it this color". And their letters are not going on the dresser but on the unfinished wall that will be revealed at a later time. For now it's nice to have a little color in their room and i know deep down they like it. (but it doesn't really matter anyway)

Blog games hmmmmm....... it's fun to read others
So here's my first and most likely last blogger game attempt. six things or habits about ME.
I really like to cook and make a great tasting meal just not everyday. I love to try new recipes and improve on my old ones. I get almost all of my meal ideas from my Dad and call him every time i am grilling or cooking a new cut of meat. I think someday i will be able to spend more time being creative in the kitchen but not this year.
I do love adventure but have definitely toned it down since my kids. Luckily bungee jumping, skydiving and scuba diving with sharks were all checked off the list prior to my babies. I love scary rides and look forward to be able to take my kids on the fun rides when they get tall enough. Lucky i have a freakishly tall child so it should be soon. Unfortunately I also think I passed this trait on to my daughter which is really scary for me. She has gotten bored of just playing on top of our table so she now moves chairs over to the counters and looks through cupboards and this morning i found her holding my REALLY sharp knife that has cut me by just pressing up to my finger yet when she grabbed it with her hand as I was coming towards her she did not get cut. There are angels over that kid every moment.
I love to Travel! I love the anticipation of a trip, the longer the better, working towards that goal and then getting to go see new sites, new restaurants, and possibly some good shopping. One of my fav trips was walking around downtown Boston by myself taking pic and shopping by myself. I love going with people but I love being able to be on my own time. I have been lucky to be married to a guy that knows i love to travel and has always encouraged me to take trips and get a small break from normal life. I love that about him!
I love Christmas music and start putting it on about mid October depending on the weather. The first cool day(meaning low 80's) and then I'm in the mood for Christmas. This is my fav. time of year!! Dusty of course tries to make the rule every year that we can't listen to Christmas music until the week prior to Christmas.
I need to have girls nights......once again my husband is always very nice about this one as well and has always done whatever he could to make it so I could go out. There is just something so nice about going shopping..out to dinner...working on some project with your friends or sisters without any kids interrupting or needing anything. It really makes me a better wife and mom after I have been able to get out not to mention it's fun to come home with the goods from our outings. Last night I went out with Dusty's 2 sis that I love doing things with and just shopped for a good four hours while the guys and grandma had the kids. A nice little break.
I don't like going to see movies.......unfortunately Dusty loves movies but to me there are so many other things i would rather do if we have a couple hours on a date. You don't get to talk in a movie and they are long and you just sit there. I would always rather go out for a date to dinner, window shopping, golfing, doing anything and THEN rent a movie and watch it in the comfort of our own home when the kids are in bed. This rarely happens but is almost always the plan.
